what are people's opinions about renting timeshares. tell me your stories good / bad?
I was reading an article on the glut of timeshares for sale and how homeowners are part-time rent cheaply just to get some income result. Planning a vacation soon and plans to rent a timeshare somewhere that we wanted to travel too. wonder if there are catches, hidden fees, info you can share would be appreciated.
Client certificates are necessary only if you use RCI or II and again it is against the rules to rent exchanges made by RCI and I I. It is possible that you take if you are caught. You could be rejected at checkin, week and lose your money, the owner could lose his account. So be careful. Owners can rent their weeks if they owned their stations want without any problem.
